How do I order my custom figure?

Select your set, complete checkout, and then reply to your order confirmation email and attach the photos you want us to use. Our designers will create custom figures from your photos and send you a preview within 24–48 hours for your approval.

What if it doesn't look like the photo?

That's what the preview is for. Before we make anything, you'll get a digital design of your figures to approve. If the hair, outfit, skin tone or anything else isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it. Nothing is made until you're happy.

Can I send more than one photo?

One clear photo is usually all we need. If you don't have everyone in one shot, send a photo of each person. You can upload them when you order or email them after checkout.

What are the shipping details?

We ship worldwide with tracking, and FREE shipping options are available. Once you approve your preview, production takes about 5 days, then shipping takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location, so most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Does my custom mini figure come assembled?

No. Your figures arrive unassembled. Building them is part of the fun! Each kit includes all your custom parts plus a personalised 3D instruction guide with a QR code for easy access.

Can I order multiple sets with the same or different photos?

Yes. You can order multiple sets with the same design or different ones. If you want us to use the same photo for all sets, please let us know when you send your images.
