Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because Brick-You products are custom-made just for you, they can't be returned or resold. However, we do offer a fair refund policy based on where your order is in the process

- Cancel before design work begins: Full refund
- Cancel after design work has started (after the preview has been sent): 50% refund
- Cancel after you've approved the preview: No refund

You'll always receive a preview image before we build your figure, and you can make edits to ensure it looks just right before we move to production.

What if I received my order and something's wrong?
We stand by every figure we ship. If your order doesn't match the preview you approved, or if something arrives broken or missing, we'll make it right, fast.

Just contact us and we'll fix it, replace it, or refund you. No hassle. No fine print. Just our promise to get it right.
