ORDER PRODUCTION: Production takes about 5-6 days after the preview image has been approved, you will receive an image preview for your approval or to request changes in about 24-48hrs after you place your order.

SHIPPING TIMES:  Shipping generally takes 7-12 days using Yun Express standard. 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING RATES:  We offer a Worldwide flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 and FREE Worldwide shipping for orders over $85.00

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) or tarrifs which are incurred once  a shipment reaches your destination country. Brick-You is not responsible for these  charges if they are applied are your responsibility as the customer. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

Because Brick-You products are customized items, they are custom made. Therefore, once sold, cannot be returned to be resold again.

If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and the design and production has not started yet, a refund will be available.

If you request a refund "AFTER" design has started, only 50% refund will be available.

If you request a refund "AFTER" production has started, please understand that a refund or return of a product will not be available.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
