Do the figures come assembled?
No, they arrive unassembled. Each single figure has around 250 pieces and comes with custom 3D step-by-step instructions. Scan the QR code in your kit to view them online.

How do I submit my photos? Can I send multiple?
Upload your photos on the product page before adding to cart - you can upload up to 6. Or place your order first and email them to info@brick-you.com, or reply to your order confirmation. We only need one photo per person or animal, but send more if you think it helps.

Will it really look like them?
Yes. Before anything is made, we send you a digital preview. Request as many changes as you need - we don't print or ship until you say you're happy with it.

What is your return policy?
If your order doesn't match the approved preview, or something arrives broken or missing, we'll fix it, replace it, or refund you. Just get in touch.

What are your shipping times?
After you approve your preview, production takes approximately 5–6 business days. Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

What photos should I send?

One clear photo per figure is all we need. For people, full body works best. For cats and dogs, a clear face-on photo helps us get the markings and colouring right. Not ready to upload? Order now and email your photos after — just reply to your confirmation email.

Will the figures actually look like us — and our pets?

Yes. Every figure is individually designed from your photos — hair colour, skin tone, outfits, and pet markings are all matched. You’ll receive a digital preview within 24–48 hours and we make free revisions until you’re completely happy. Nothing gets printed until you say yes.

How long does the whole process take?
