As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. All shipments are sent with tracked delivery through YunExpress, so you can follow every step of the journey.

Because Brick-You products are custom-made just for you, they can’t be returned or resold. However, we do offer a fair refund policy based on where your order is in the process:

• Cancel before design work begins: Full refund
• Cancel after design work has started (after the preview has been sent): 50% refund
• Cancel after you’ve approved the preview: No refund

You’ll always receive a preview image before we build your figure, and you can make edits to ensure it looks just right before we move to production.

We stand by every figure we ship. If your order doesn’t match the preview you approved, or if something arrives broken or missing, we’ll make it right, fast.

1. Select your quantity, add any other products you’d like, then head to checkout to place your order.
   
2. You’ll receive an order confirmation email, simply reply to that email and attach your photo(s) of the person and/or pet you’d like us to recreate.
   
3. Within 24–48 hours of receiving your photo(s), you’ll get a preview image for your approval or to request any changes.
   
4. Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll print, pack, and ship your custom figure and send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey home!

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Simply reply to that email and attach your photo(s), no special upload links or extra steps required.

We recommend sending a clear, full-body photo of the person and/or pet you’d like us to turn into a custom figure. If you’d like to use multiple photos, attach them all in your reply.

If it’s easier, you can also send your photos directly to info@brick-you.com.

Within 24–48 hours of receiving your photo(s), you’ll get your custom preview image for approval or to request any changes before we start production.

Yes! You’ll receive a preview image via the email used during purchase about 24-32hrs after uploading your photo(s).

This gives you a chance to review and approve the design or request changes.

Please note: Any modifications to image preview must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving preview otherwise it will be automatically approved.

Pet Figures: Celebrate your furry friends with our custom cat and dog figures!

• Pet & Pet Owner Sets: Celebrate the bond with your cat or dog by pairing their custom figure with their favourite human! Whether it’s a playful pup or a cat who rules the house, you can create a set of up to 5 figures to include all your special humans and pets.
• Cat Figures: Customizable to capture the unique appearance of your cat, including fur patterns and colors.
• Dog Figures: Available in specific breeds, with separate listings for each. This allows us to tailor each figure to the distinctive look of each breed.

Each set includes all your custom parts plus a personalised, step-by-step 3D instruction guide made just for your figure. You’ll find a unique QR code in your kit, simply scan it to access your instructions online and start building!

Yes. You will receive a preview before we build anything, and you can request edits until you are happy. We do not print or ship until you say, “That is them.”

You have 48 hours to review your preview image and submit any modifications. Your preview image will be automatically approved after 48hrs of you receiving the preview image. Please consolidate your feedback into one response to streamline the process. Once you approve the preview, no further changes can be made..

Assembly is simple! Your order includes a QR code that links to 3D, step-by-step interactive instructions, making the build process easy and enjoyable.
