What is a personalised mini figure?

A personalised mini figure is a custom-built brick figure made from your photo. At Brick-You, we custom make every figure to match the real person - their hair, skin tone, outfit, and features - so it actually looks like them, not a generic toy clicked together from a catalogue.

What are the different types of brick figures?

We offer three types:

  • Custom Brick Figures — Most popular - fully personalised from your photo, including clothing, hairstyle, facial features, and accessories
  • Style Your Brick — a custom head designed to match your photo, paired with a themed outfit
  • DIY Brick Figures — design your own using our customiser, choosing from preset clothing, hairstyles, and expressions

We also make custom pet figures for cats and dogs, including pet and owner sets.

Will it really look like the people in the photo?

Yes. You receive a digital preview before we build anything and can request edits until you're happy. We don't print or ship until you say it looks like them.

Do the figures arrive assembled?

No. Your figures arrive unassembled, just like a real building set, because building them is part of the fun. Every kit includes all your custom parts plus a personalised step-by-step 3D instruction guide. Scan the QR code in your kit to access your instructions online and start building.

How easy is it to build the brick figures?

Very easy. Your kit includes a QR code that links to 3D, step-by-step interactive instructions, making the build process simple and enjoyable for all ages.

Are Brick-You figures official LEGO® products?

No. Brick-You figures are not made by or connected with the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. Our figures are custom-made brick figures inspired by the classic building brick format.

Ordering & Photos

How do I order personalised mini figures?

  1. Choose your set and add it to your cart
  2. Upload your photo at checkout, or skip this and email your photos after
  3. Complete checkout as normal
  4. Receive your preview within 24–48 hours of us receiving your photo
  5. Approve or request edits - edits are free and unlimited
  6. We custom make and ship your order with full tracking

How Do I Submit My Photos?

Two options - whichever works best for you:

  • Upload at checkout - click the Upload Photo button on the product page before adding to cart
  • Email after ordering — reply to your order confirmation email with your photos attached, or email directly to info@brick-you.com with your order number

We recommend a clear, full-body photo of the person and/or pet. Multiple photos are welcome if you want to show different angles or details.

What type of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo gives us the most to work with. For custom figures, a full-body image is recommended so we can capture clothing and posture accurately. The better the photo, the more accurate your figure will be.

Can I order a custom figure with a specific theme?

Yes. We have themed collections including military and soldier figures, teacher figures, sports and occupation figures, and holiday sets. Browse themed figures or contact us if you have something specific in mind.

Can you make a figure of my pet?

Yes. We make custom mini figures of dogs and cats, including pet and owner sets with up to five figures. We match your pet's breed, coat colour, and markings from your photo. Browse pet lover gifts.



Preview & Design

Will I receive a preview before my figure is built?

Yes. Within 24–48 hours of receiving your photo, we'll send a digital preview to the email used at checkout. You can review it, request changes, and approve it before we build anything.

How many edits can I make?

Unlimited. Edits are free. We keep refining until you're happy - nothing gets built or shipped until you approve the preview.

How long do I have to request changes to my preview?

You have48 hours from receiving your preview to submit modifications. After 48 hours, the preview is automatically approved and production begins. Please send all feedback in one response to keep things moving smoothly. Once you approve the preview, no further changes can be made.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping times and cost?

Production takes 5–6 business days after you approve your preview. Then:

Australia and New Zealand: 5–7 business days

USA & Canada: 7–10 business days

United Kingdom: 5-7 business days

Europe: 7–10 business days

Rest of World: 10–12 business days

  • Free Worldwide shipping on orders over $99

Please note: Depending on your country's import rules, you may be responsible for duties, taxes, or tariffs when your order arrives. These charges are set by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.

How will I know when my items have been shipped?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. All shipments are sent with tracked delivery through YunExpress, so you can follow every step of the journey.

Do you ship personalised mini figures worldwide?

Yes. We ship to every corner of the world with tracked delivery. Whether you're in Australia, the UK, the US, Canada, Europe, or anywhere else, your order will arrive at your door.


Are there any customs or import charges?

Depending on your country's import rules, you may be responsible for duties, taxes, or tariffs when your order arrives. These charges are not included in your order total and are set by your local customs office. We recommend checking with them if you're unsure.

Returns & Guarantees

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Because all figures are custom-made just for you, they can't be returned or resold. However, we offer a fair refund policy based on where your order is in the process:

  • Cancel before design work begins — full refund
  • Cancel after the preview has been sent — 50% refund
  • Cancel after you've approved the preview — no refund

You'll always receive a preview before we build, so you have the chance to make sure everything is right first.

What if something is wrong with my order?

We stand by every figure we ship. If your order doesn't match the approved preview, or if something arrives broken or missing, we'll fix it, replace it, or refund you - no hassle, no fine print. Just contact us and we'll make it right fast.

Do you offer bulk orders for custom brick figures?

Our bulk pricing starts from 5 figures. For orders of 50 or more, contact us directly for a custom quote and dedicated account handling.
