Brick You Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Brick You ("we", "us", "the Promoter"), brick-you.com.

2. Eligibility

Open worldwide to anyone aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Competition period

The giveaway opens on Tuesday 13 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm ET on Thursday 22 October 2026. Entries submitted after that time are not accepted.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Each person can hold one (1) base entry, whichever way they enter:

• Complete the entry form at brick-you.com/pages/brick-you-giveaway, or
• Comment GIVEAWAY on the official Brick You giveaway post on Instagram (@brickyoucustom). We will reply by direct message, and your entry is complete when you send us your email address in that conversation.

Bonus entries. Each different friend you tag in the comments of the official giveaway post during the competition period earns one (1) extra entry. Tagging the same friend more than once, or tagging brand, business or fake accounts, does not earn extra entries. Bonus entries only count if we can match your Instagram account to your entry: either you entered through Instagram, or you added your Instagram handle on the entry form. Comments on other posts, shares and stories do not earn entries.

However you enter, you are also added to the Brick You mailing list. You can leave that list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, and leaving it does not affect your entry.

5. Prizes

Three (3) winners each receive one of the following custom brick figure sets, made from their own photo:

• Prize 1: a 1 figure set, valued at US$63
• Prize 2: a 2 figure set, valued at US$94
• Prize 3: a 3 figure set, valued at US$131

Pets count as a figure, so a winner can use their set for people, pets or a mix of both. The total prize pool is valued at US$288. Shipping is included. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner selection and notification

Winners are drawn at random on Friday 23 October 2026 and notified by email, with the result also announced on the Brick You Instagram page. Every entrant is emailed either way. If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days, we reserve the right to redraw.

7. Everyone else

Entrants who do not win receive a 15% discount code, valid from 23 October 2026 and expiring on Friday 30 October 2026. It is a thank you for entering, not a consolation prize you need to use.

8. General

By entering you agree to these terms. We may amend or cancel this competition at any time without prior notice. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Shopify or any other platform. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta of any responsibility in connection with this promotion and agree to Instagram's Terms of Use. Information you give us is collected by Brick You, not Instagram, and is used to run this giveaway and send you our emails.
