Yes — that’s the whole idea. Use the builder to choose any combination of people, cats, and dogs, up to 7 figures in a single set. A family of 2 people and 2 dogs, a solo portrait of your cat, a couple with 3 pets — however you want to remember them.

What photos should I send?

One clear photo per figure is all we need. For people, full body works best. For cats and dogs, a clear face-on photo helps us get the markings and colouring right. Not ready to upload? Order now and email your photos after — just reply to your confirmation email.

Will the figures actually look like us — and our pets?

Yes. Every figure is designed from your photos, matching hair colour, skin tone, outfits and pet markings. You'll get a digital preview within 24–48 hours and we make free changes until you're happy. Nothing is made until you say yes.

How long does the whole process take?

Your digital preview will arrive within 24–48 hours. Once you approve it, production takes approximately 5–7 business days. Delivery then takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location, with tracking included.

How big are the figures?

Each figure stands approximately 12cm (4.7 inch) tall and is built from around 250 custom pieces. They come with 3D assembly instructions and a QR code so you can rebuild at any time. They’re designed to be displayed — on shelves, desks, or as part of a gift presentation.

What if something isn't right?

Message us and we'll fix it, remake it or refund you. Returns are easy within 30 days.

When do I need to order for Christmas?

Order by 1 December for Christmas delivery. Send your photos with your order (or straight after) so we can get your preview to you quickly.
