If you don't have a photo ready yet, simply complete checkout and reply to your order confirmation email with your image whenever you're ready. Our designers will create your custom brick figures and send you a preview within 24–48 hours for your approval.

What if it doesn't look like the photo?

That's what the preview is for. Before we make anything, you'll get a digital design of your figures to approve. If the hair, outfit, skin tone or anything else isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it. Nothing is made until you're happy.

Can I send more than one photo?

One clear photo is usually all we need. If you don't have everyone in one shot, send a photo of each person. You can upload them when you order or email them after checkout.

What are the shipping details?

We ship worldwide with tracking, and FREE shipping options are available. Once you approve your preview, production takes about 5 days, then shipping takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location, so most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do the couple brick figures come assembled?

No. Your figures arrive unassembled. Building them is part of the fun! Each kit includes all your custom parts plus a personalised 3D instruction guide with a QR code for easy access.

Can I order multiple sets with the same or different photos?
