How do I order my custom pet brick figure set?

Select your set, complete checkout, and then reply to your order confirmation email and attach the photos you want us to use. Our designers will create your custom Corgi brick figure set from your photos and send you a preview within 24–48 hours for your approval.

What if it doesn't look like my pet?

That's what the preview is for. Before we make anything, you'll get a digital design to approve. If the coat colour, markings or anything else isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it. Nothing is made until you're happy.

What are the shipping details?

We ship worldwide with tracking, and FREE shipping options are available. Once you approve your preview, production takes about 5 days, then shipping takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location, so most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Does my custom dog and cat figure set come assembled?

Your Brick‑You figures arrive unassembled, because building them is part of the fun. Each set includes all your custom parts plus a personalised step‑by‑step 3D instruction guide made just for your figure. Simply scan the unique QR code in your kit to access your instructions online.

Can I order multiple sets or use different photos?

Yes. You can order multiple sets with the same design or different ones. If you want us to use the same photo for all sets, please let us know when you send your images.
