Do the figures come assembled?
No, they arrive unassembled. Each single figure has around 250 pieces and comes with custom 3D step-by-step instructions. Scan the QR code in your kit to view them online.

How do I submit my photos? Can I send multiple?
Upload your photos on the product page before adding to cart - you can upload up to 6. Or place your order first and email them to info@brick-you.com, or reply to your order confirmation. We only need one photo per person or animal, but send more if you think it helps.

Will it really look like them?
Yes. Before anything is made, we send you a digital preview. Request as many changes as you need - we don't print or ship until you say you're happy with it.

What is your return policy?
If your order doesn't match the approved preview, or something arrives broken or missing, we'll fix it, replace it, or refund you. Just get in touch.

What are your shipping times?
After you approve your preview, production takes approximately 5–6 business days. Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia & NZ: 7-10 business days

One clear photo per person is all we need. Full body works best, but face-only photos are fine too. Bright lighting and no sunglasses help us get every detail right. Not ready to upload? Order now and email your photos after — just reply to your confirmation email.

Will the figures actually look like us?

Yes. Every figure is individually designed to match your photo — hair colour, skin tone, outfits, and accessories are all matched. You'll receive a digital preview within 24–48 hours and we make free revisions until you're completely happy. Nothing gets printed until you say yes.

How long does the whole process take?

Your digital preview arrives within 24–48 hours of ordering. Once you approve, we ship within 5–7 business days. Worldwide delivery takes approximately 2 weeks from approval, and tracking is included so you can follow your order the whole way.

What if I want changes to the preview?

Free revisions are included — as many rounds as you need. Most customers are happy within 1–2 rounds, but we won't move to production until everything looks exactly right.

How big are the figures?

Each figure stands approximately 4cm tall and is built from around 250 custom pieces. They come with 3D assembly instructions and a QR code so you can rebuild at any time. They're designed to be displayed — on shelves, desks, or as part of a gift presentation.
