Select your set, complete checkout, and then reply to your order confirmation email and attach the photos you want us to use. Our designers will create your custom brick figures from your photos and send you a preview within 24–48 hours for your approval.

What if it doesn't look like the photo?

That's what the preview is for. Before we make anything, you'll get a digital design of your figures to approve. If the hair, outfit, skin tone or anything else isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it. Nothing is made until you're happy.

Can I send more than one photo?

One clear photo is usually all we need. If you don't have everyone in one shot, send a photo of each person. You can upload them when you order or email them after checkout.

What are the shipping details?

We ship worldwide with tracking, and FREE shipping options are available. Once you approve your preview, production takes about 5 days, then shipping takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location, so most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do my custom brick people arrive assembled?

No. Your Brick‑You figures arrive unassembled, because building them is part of the fun. Each set includes all your custom parts plus a personalised step‑by‑step 3D instruction guide made just for your figures. Simply scan the unique QR code in your kit to access your instructions online.

Can I make changes after seeing the preview image?

Yes. Once you receive your preview, you can request changes until you’re completely happy with the design before we start production.
