How do I order a set of six figures?

Choose your set and check out, then upload or email your photos. One photo with everyone in it works, or send a separate photo of each person. We'll send you a digital preview within 24–48 hours to approve before anything is made.

What if it doesn't look like the photo?

That's what the preview is for. Before we make anything, you'll get a digital design of your figures to approve. If the hair, outfit, skin tone or anything else isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it. Nothing is made until you're happy.

Can I send more than one photo?

One clear photo is usually all we need. If you don't have everyone in one shot, send a photo of each person. You can upload them when you order or email them after checkout.

What are the shipping details?

We ship worldwide with tracking, and FREE shipping options are available. Once you approve your preview, production takes about 5 days, then shipping takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location, so most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do the figures come assembled?

No. Your set arrives as a build-it-yourself kit with your personalised parts, plus 3D building instructions you open by scanning the QR code in the box. With six people to build, it's a good job to share around the table.

Can I add a pet to my set?

Yes. Our Build Your Own Set page lets you mix people, cats and dogs in one set, up to 7 figures in total, so six people and a pet fit in one order.

What is a good gift for a big family or group?

A custom set of everyone, made from your photos. Each figure is matched to the person's hair, outfit and skin tone, so it's easy to tell who's who. It suits grandparents, family reunions, weddings and farewells.

Can I create a LEGO®-style set of my family from photos?

Yes. LEGO® doesn't make personalised figures, but we design LEGO®-style figures of your family or group from your photos. The parts are LEGO®-compatible and UV-printed with each person's details.

What if something isn't right?

Message us and we'll fix it, remake it or refund you. Returns are easy within 30 days.

When do I need to order for Christmas?

Order by 1 December for Christmas delivery. Send your photos straight after you order so we can get your preview to you quickly.
