Select your set, complete checkout, and then reply to your order confirmation email and attach the photos you want us to use. Our designers will create your custom graduation LEGO®‑style figure from your photos and send you a preview within 24–48 hours for your approval.

Once you approve your preview, production takes around 5 business days. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you have a specific date you need it by, add a note at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

One clear photo is usually all we need — and often gives us the best result. If you're ordering a set with multiple people or pets and don't have everyone in one shot, no problem.
