Select your set, complete checkout, and then reply to your order confirmation email and attach the photos you want us to use. Our designers will create your family figurines personalised set from your photos and send you a preview within 24–48 hours for your approval.

Once you approve your preview, production takes about 5 days, then shipping takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location, so most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

No. Your personalised family brick set will arrive as individual pieces for you to assemble. It includes easy‑to‑follow printed instructions, making the build part of the fun.
