How do I order my family and cat figures?

Choose your set and check out, then upload or email a clear photo of each person and your cat. We'll design your figures and send you a digital preview within 24–48 hours to approve before anything is made.

What if it doesn't look like us or our pet?

That's what the preview is for. Before we make anything, you'll get a digital design of your figures to approve. If a hairstyle, outfit, coat colour or marking isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it. Nothing is made until you're happy.

Can I send more than one photo?

Yes. One clear photo each is usually all we need. If you don't have everyone (pets included) in one shot, send separate photos. You can upload them when you order or email them after checkout.

What are the shipping details?

We ship worldwide with tracking, and FREE shipping options are available. Once you approve your preview, production takes about 5 days, then shipping takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location, so most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Does the set come assembled?

No. Your set arrives as a build-it-yourself kit with your personalised parts, plus 3D building instructions you open by scanning the QR code in the box. Building the family and the cat together is part of the fun.

Can I make changes after seeing my preview?

Yes. Edits are free and unlimited before we make your set, so ask for as many changes as you need until everyone, cat included, looks right.
