How do I order my custom mini figure?

Select your set, complete checkout, and then reply to your order confirmation email with the photo you’d like us to use. Our designers will create your custom medical figurine from your photo and send you a preview within 24–48 hours for your approval.

What if it doesn't look like the photo?

That's what the preview is for. Before we make anything, you'll get a digital design of your figures to approve. If the hair, outfit, skin tone or anything else isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it. Nothing is made until you're happy.

Can I send more than one photo?

One clear photo is usually all we need. If you don't have everyone in one shot, send a photo of each person. You can upload them when you order or email them after checkout.

What are the shipping details?

We ship worldwide with tracking, and FREE shipping options are available. Once you approve your preview, production takes about 5 days, then shipping takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location, so most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Does my custom medical figurine come assembled?

No. Your figure arrives unassembled. Building it is part of the fun! Each kit includes all your custom parts plus a personalised 3D instruction guide with a QR code for easy access.

Will the custom figure really look like the photo?

Yes! We match the scrubs or uniform, hairstyle, skin tone, and accessories directly to the photo you send, so the figure doesn’t just look like any medic, it looks like your medic.
