That's what the preview is for. Before we make anything, you'll get a digital design of your figures to approve. If a hairstyle, outfit, coat colour or marking isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it. Nothing is made until you're happy.

Can I send more than one photo?

Yes. One clear photo each is usually all we need. If you don't have everyone (pets included) in one shot, send separate photos. You can upload them when you order or email them after checkout.

What are the shipping details for custom pet sets?

We ship worldwide with tracking, and FREE shipping options are available. Once you approve your preview, production takes about 5 days, then shipping takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location, so most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering.
