How do I order my custom brick figure set?

Select your set, complete checkout, then reply to your order confirmation email with the photo(s) you’d like us to use. Our designers will create your custom brick figures and send you a preview within 24–48 hours so you can approve or request changes.

What if it doesn't look like the photo?

That's what the preview is for. Before we make anything, you'll get a digital design of your figures to approve. If the hair, outfit, skin tone or anything else isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it. Nothing is made until you're happy.

Can I send more than one photo?

One clear photo is usually all we need. If you don't have everyone in one shot, send a photo of each person. You can upload them when you order or email them after checkout.

What are the shipping details?

We ship worldwide with tracking, and FREE shipping options are available. Once you approve your preview, production takes about 5 days, then shipping takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location, so most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do my custom brick figures come assembled?

No. Your set arrives unassembled, just like a classic brick set. Building it is part of the experience. Each order includes all your custom pieces along with a personalised 3D instruction guide and QR code so you can follow along easily.

Can I order multiple sets or use different photos?

Yes. You can order multiple sets with the same photo or different ones. Just let us know when you send your images and we’ll take care of the rest.

Will the figures actually look like my photo?

Yes. Every figure is carefully designed to match your photo as closely as possible, including hair, outfit, and key details. You’ll receive a preview before production so you can request edits and make sure it feels right.

Can I create a custom brick figure from any photo?

In most cases, yes. Clear, well-lit photos work best. Whether it’s one person, a couple, or a special moment, we’ll turn it into a buildable brick version that feels true to the original.

What if something isn't right?
