Order by 1 December for Christmas delivery. The post gets busy in December, so send your photo straight after you order and we'll get your preview to you quickly. If you need it by a certain date, add a note at checkout and we'll do our best to help.

That's what the preview is for. Before we make anything, you'll get a digital design to approve. If a hairstyle, outfit, coat colour or marking isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it. Nothing is made until you're happy.

Can I send more than one photo?

Yes. One clear photo of each person or pet is usually all we need, and separate photos are fine. You can upload them when you order or email them after checkout.

What are the shipping details?

We ship worldwide with tracking, and FREE shipping options are available. Once you approve your preview, production takes about 5 days, then shipping takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location, so most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Does my Christmas snowman set come assembled?

No. Your set arrives unassembled because building it is part of the fun. Each set includes all your personalised parts, the buildable snowman and a step‑by‑step 3D instruction guide. Simply scan the QR code in your kit to view your instructions online.
