How do I order my personalised dog owner gifts set?

Add the set to your cart and check out, then reply to your confirmation email with a clear photo of each person and your cats. We'll send you a digital preview within 24–48 hours to approve before anything is made.

What if it doesn't look like us or our pet?

That's what the preview is for. Before we make anything, you'll get a digital design of your figures to approve. If a hairstyle, outfit, coat colour or marking isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it. Nothing is made until you're happy.

Can I send more than one photo?

Yes. One clear photo each is usually all we need. If you don't have everyone (pets included) in one shot, send separate photos. You can upload them when you order or email them after checkout.

Do you ship personalised dog owner gifts internationally?

We ship worldwide with tracking, and FREE shipping options are available. Once you approve your preview, production takes about 5 days, then shipping takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location, so most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do these figures come assembled?

No. Your Brick‑You figures arrive unassembled, because building them is part of the fun. Each kit includes all your custom parts plus a personalised 3D instruction guide made just for your figure. Simply scan the included QR code to access your instructions online and start building.

Can my cats be shown wearing their collars?

Yes. If your cats are wearing a collar, bow or bandana in the photos you send, we can add it so they look just like they do at home.

Can I get a LEGO®-style figure of me and my cats made from photos?

Yes. LEGO® doesn't make personalised figures, but we design LEGO®-style figures of you and your cats from your photos, matching hair and outfits as well as fur colour and markings.
