Do the figures come assembled?
No, they arrive unassembled. Each single figure has around 250 pieces and comes with custom 3D step-by-step instructions. Scan the QR code in your kit to view them online.

How do I submit my photos? Can I send multiple?
Upload your photos on the product page before adding to cart - you can upload up to 6. Or place your order first and email them to info@brick-you.com, or reply to your order confirmation. We only need one photo per person or animal, but send more if you think it helps.

Will it really look like them?
Yes. Before anything is made, we send you a digital preview. Request as many changes as you need - we don't print or ship until you say you're happy with it.

What is your return policy?
If your order doesn't match the approved preview, or something arrives broken or missing, we'll fix it, replace it, or refund you. Just get in touch.

What are your shipping times?
After you approve your preview, production takes 5-6 business days, then:
