4. Within 48hrs will receive preview image via email for approval or to make changes. Please note: Any modifications to image preview must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving preview otherwise it will be automatically approved.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING:
- Preview in 24–48 hrs → You’ll get a preview image to approve or request edits.
- Production takes 5–6 days after your design is approved.
- Domestic and International shipping takes 7–10 days via Yun Express, tracking will be provided for all orders.
- Flat rate worldwide shipping $6.99
- Free shipping on orders over $85
Please note: You may be responsible for import duties, taxes or tariffs depending on your country.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Because Brick-You products are customized items, they are custom made. Therefore, once sold, cannot be returned to be resold again.
- Full refund available if cancelled before design work begins.
- 50% refund if cancelled after design is underway.
- No refunds once production has started.
We provide a preview image before building your figure, so you can make edits and be 100% satisfied before we move to production.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, you receive the wrong item or pieces are missing, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
