Choose your set, check out, and upload your photos on the product page - or email them after you order. Our artists will design your figures based on your photos and send you a preview within 24–48 hours so you can approve it before production starts.

Once you approve your preview, production takes around 5 business days. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you have a specific date you need it by, add a note at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

They arrive unassembled — like a real LEGO® set — because building them together is part of the experience. Everything you need is included, along with a personalised step-by-step 3D instruction guide. Just scan the QR code in your kit to access your instructions online.

While LEGO® does not create personalised dad‑themed minifigures, Brick‑You can. Send us your photo, and we’ll design a LEGO®‑compatible version of your dad with custom features to match him perfectly.

One clear photo is usually all we need — and often gives us the best result. If you're ordering a set with multiple people or pets and don't have everyone in one shot, no problem. You can upload up to 6 photos directly on the product page, or send additional photos via email after checkout. Either way, we'll make it work.
